1. What products come with the memberships?
We offer a range of products from local merchants. When you sign up for a merchant's membership, you'll receive a variety of items curated by that merchant. You can explore our current offerings here.
2. How does the membership process work?
Once you sign up for a membership, you'll be charged monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly depending on the merchant and will receive a curated collection on that same frequency. You'll be notified when each month's box is ready for pickup or delivery.
3. Can I choose which products I receive each month?
Depending on the membership plan you choose, you may have the option to customize your selections or receive surprise items each month. You can adjust your preferences by logging into your account or contacting our support team for assistance.
4. When will I be charged for my membership?
Membership charges are processed on different days depending on the vendor. Make sure to check your specific membership's information for when you will be charged - we'll also send reminders. Our merchants set cutoff dates to ensure they can process everyone's order correctly.
5. When will my membership be available?
All of our memberships have cut off dates that allow merchants the time they need to process orders. If you order after the cutoff date, you will be able to pick up during the next calendar month. For example, if a merchant has a cutoff date of the 25th of each month and your first order is on the 28th of April, your bundle will be ready for pickup or delivery in June. You will not be charged again until June 28th, after which you will be charged monthly.
6. Can I cancel or pause my membership?

7. What happens if I need to update my shipping or payment information?
You can easily update your shipping address or payment information by logging into your account. If you encounter any issues or need help, our customer service team is always ready to assist you.
8. Do you offer refunds or exchanges on membership?
As our products are curated specifically for members and often shipped as part of a membership plan, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on these items. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately, and we will resolve the issue.
